Our Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

With in the last few years, I have made it my mission to get Minda in to watching more football with me. I knew that in the beginning it was going to be tough, but I was determined to make it happen. What better way to make this happen than having tasty food during the game. I love BBQ Pulled Pork and Minda makes an amazing Super Easy Coleslaw. Why not put both on a slider bun? Well that’s what we did and now our Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders are a staple on Sundays.

Ingredients, Substitutions, and Additions

Pulled Pork – Pulled port is the heavy hitter in our Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders. We love using our Oven Cooked Pulled Pork for our Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders because we freeze any leftovers. It is an easy way to have pulled pork for the week and sliders on gameday. When we are out of leftover Oven Cooked Pulled Pork, we get a container from the grocery store.

Rolls – Rolls are almost as important as the Pulled Pork. You can use any type of roll you like but we love using a white bread roll for these sliders. You could even use some leftover Homemade Dinner Rolls.

Dressing – There are many different BBQ sauces out there. Use your favorite to make sure your sliders aren’t dry. You can also add a little bit of mayo if desired.

Coleslaw – Coleslaw adds a little bit of crunch and amazingness to Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders. If you want to make this at home we have our favorite Super Easy Coleslaw

Crazy Additions – I know I call this section crazy additions, but it is about things I add to my sliders that Minda thinks are crazy. Cheese, pickled red onions, and French-fried onions are some of my favorite “crazy” additions.
